Competition

Judge's 10
Each 10 from any judge, guest judges included, on the couple's own routines. Team dances and bonus rounds don't count.

A routine where every judge on that night's panel gave a 10.

Top of the leaderboard
Highest judges' total of the night for the couple's own routines. Ties all score.

Won a special round
Won a dance-off, marathon, relay or similar bonus round, as named by the show or by most bonus points earned.

Won the team dance
The couple's team had the higher score in a team dance. Ties count for both teams.

Earned immunity
The show granted the couple immunity from an elimination or a round.

Survived an elimination night
Still in the competition after a night when at least one couple was eliminated. Not awarded in no-elimination weeks.

Survived jeopardy
Announced in jeopardy and not eliminated that night.

Medical withdrawal
Withdrew because of injury or illness. Counts as an exit and scores nothing.
