By using Pick the Cast you agree to these terms.
Who can play
- You need to be 13 or older to have an account.
No money
- Pick the Cast is free. There are no entry fees, cash prizes or paid contests, and no money changes hands in the app.
- Don’t use parties, polls or predictions for gambling, wagering, or running pools or side bets.
Playing fair
- One account per person. Don’t use bots or extra accounts to vote, join or pick.
- Keep party names, display names and photos decent and your own. Hosts and admins can remove members and content.
- Results are entered by people after episodes air, and mistakes happen. Corrections are made openly and logged; standings follow the corrected results.
Polls and predictions
- Polls and predictions on Pick the Cast are fan opinion and games. They are not part of any show’s official voting, don’t influence any show, and aren’t sent to any network.
Shows and trademarks
- Pick the Cast is an independent fan game. It isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any network, streaming service, studio or show.
- Show names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which show a party is about. Show facts on the site come from public sources, listed on each show’s page.
The service
- Coming-soon shows, polls, predictions and the shop preview may change or never open. Nothing is for sale yet.
- Pick the Cast is provided as is, without guarantees that it’s always available or error-free.
- We may update these terms; changes apply from when they’re posted here.
