Survivor
Episode 7 airs Wednesday, Nov 4 at 8 PM ET on CBS in 6 days
Two castaways. One season. Outlast your friends.
Castaways start in tribes, compete in reward and immunity challenges, and vote one another out at Tribal Council. Around the halfway point the tribes merge and play becomes individual. The voted-out players who form the jury pick the Sole Survivor from the final two or three.

Rules
The fine print, in plain words.
Two picks
Everyone in your party chooses exactly two castaways who are still in the game.
Due by the end of the merge episode
Picks close at 11:59 PM on the merge episode's air date in your party's time zone, checked against the server's clock. Your host can set a specific date instead or close picks early.
Locked for good
Once you confirm, your picks can't be changed, even before the deadline, and even if one of them is voted out. No trades, bench, waivers or replacements.
Picks can overlap
Two friends can both pick the same castaway. Picks stay hidden until the deadline, then every team is revealed.
When points start
Scoring starts with the episode after the merge episode. Pre-merge episodes only record who left, worth 0. A party never counts episodes that aired before it was created.
Eliminations
Getting voted out costs 10 points plus 1 per vote received. Leaving while holding an idol or advantage costs extra. Eliminated castaways stay on your team and score nothing more.
Finale
Winning fire-making is worth 5, reaching Final Tribal Council 10, each jury vote 3, and winning the season 20.
Voluntary exits and removals
Quitting or being removed for conduct scores -10. A medical evacuation scores 0. Either way, the castaway stops scoring.
Late joiners
New members can join only while picks are open. After the deadline, the party stops taking members.
Ties
Players with the same score share a rank (1, 2, 2, 4) and are listed alphabetically within the tie.
Results and corrections
Results are entered from the CBS broadcast and stay hidden until published. Corrections are logged, standings recalculate, and anyone whose score changed gets one notice.
Host settings
Your host can adjust point values and the first scoring episode until the party starts, and can make audited pick corrections with a reason.
